Erik is the founding attorney of the Elk Grove law firm, Estate Plan Pros. Erik has practiced law in the Sacramento area for over a decade, focusing on Estate planning law and family law. In Estate Planning, Erik works with clients to make the process simple, so clients can focus on more important things. He is a local authority for specialized estate planning instruments, like Special Needs Trust, Irrevocable Trusts, or other focused documents. Erik has litigated, negotiated, and mediated the gamut of family law cases. With this unique perspective as a family law and estate attorney he can often spot issues otherwise overlooked.
Prior to graduating from law school, he worked as a legislative analyst for a non-profit organization, and volunteered as a youth counselor. Erik currently participates in local politics and is an active member of his local church. Erik is very happily married and has two young sons. Together, his family loves to get outdoors and enjoy the varied activities the Sacramento region has to offer.
Jenny Hartstrom has been with Estate Plan Pros since its founding. Jenny, who also specializes in education, is the event coordinator for Estate Plan Pros. Jenny has over 20 years of experience in education and enjoys hosting educational events. She loves being a wife and the mother of two beautiful boys. Jenny has been a school teacher, youth counselor and has been involved in many volunteer activities. In her spare time, Jenny plays the piano and cello, and enjoys going on field trips with her two sons.
Mary has been with the firm since February of 2015. Her primary responsibility is answering our busy telephone lines and managing the many appointments on the calendar. She also assists in preparing mail and helps in seminar preparation and registration. Mary resides in the Wilton area and enjoys spending time with her family.Protect Your Future
